Dr. Collin Boyle, DVM

As one of only two private veterinarians on the island, Dr. Collin Boyle brings a wealth of experience to the team. His support for VSPCA, since the inception of the idea to the current day activities, is strong.
Dr. Boyle graduated from the Agrarian University of Havana in 1991. He worked in Guyana for the Regional Programme for Animal Health Assistants (REPAHA) after receiving his diploma in Animal Health and Veterinary Public Health.
Dr. Boyle is continually seeking to expand his knowledge and remain current on the latest practices. He has attended educational activities in: The USA (New Orleans, Denver, Orlando, Salt Lake City, and Puerto Rico), South Africa (Cape Town), Ireland (Belfast), England (London), Canada (Newfoundland and Victoria), Columbia, Venezuela, Costa Rica, and University of the West Indies, Trinidad.
After working as a the Chief Veterinary Officer with the Animal Health and Production Division under the Ministry of Agriculture and Labour from 1996-2001, Dr. Boyle decided to move on to open a private practice.
Operating strong since 2001, Unique Animal Care is a company consisting of three animal supplies outlets and two veterinary clinics. Its headquarters are in Arnos Vale, SVG.
In his spare time, Dr. Boyle enjoys reading, swimming, and traveling.
